ForeverTV questions

How fast do I get my ForeverTV login?
Usually within minutes of payment, by email. Check your spam folder if you do not see it, or write to us with your order number.
Does ForeverTV renew automatically?
No. Every plan is a single payment. When it ends you choose whether to renew, and we send a reminder before the end date.
How many screens can watch at once?
As many as your plan says, from 1 to 5. Each screen can be a different device in a different room.
Is ForeverTV the Forever TV app?
No. ForeverTV at forevertv.tv is an independent IPTV subscription service. It is not the Forever TV app, its activation codes or any other site using a similar name. Your login works in common player apps such as IPTV Smarters and TiviMate.
What internet speed do I need?
About 15 Mbps per screen for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. A wired connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi gives the most stable picture.
What if it does not work for me?
Tell us within 7 days. We help you fix it first, and if it still does not work you get your money back. See the refund policy.
